The WorkWear Group is a division of Pacific Brands that is a B2B company focused on providing uniforms for industrial and corporate wear. Their brands include King Gee, Hard Yakka and NNT.
We were briefed to create a website as a "brochure" and to increase the web presence of The WorkWear Group. The previously existing site was only a landing page. Client required the site and CMS to be built in Joomla as the site would be frequently updated. The budget provided was $100K.
Our site was designed to incorporate a parallax effect which required us to build custom modules in Joomla 5+. The CMS was set up so that clients could easily change the images and content even for the parallax modules. Customised design elements such as 1, 2,3 tiered "netting" would could be changed depending on the length of headings on images and also content sections. All elements of the website had capability to be edited by client via the CMS.
Responsibilities included managing the project end to end including scoping, management of UX, design and final build. Experience and training with the Joomla also meant that myself and the developer were able to train clients on how to use the CMS. The job was completed under the budget and on time and the client was very happy with the end product.
